Where is GrowGenius located and who does it serve?
GrowGenius is located at 195/28 Moo 7, Bangpleeyai, Bangplee, Samut Prakan 10540, Thailand, roughly 30 minutes from central Bangkok. What does an AI consulting engagement with GrowGenius look like?
An AI consulting engagement starts with an AI-readiness assessment and use-case discovery, then produces a pragmatic roadmap that sequences quick wins ahead of enterprise-wide transformation. The emphasis is on where AI creates measurable business value and on the ROI of each use case, rather than on technology adoption for its own sake.
What AI training does GrowGenius provide?
GrowGenius runs three in-house Claude AI programs plus broader AI enablement. The three courses are Claude Basic / Co-work (1 day, 6–7 hours, for staff in any department, no IT background needed), Claude Code: Data Analysis (1–2 days at 7 hours per day, for data and business teams) and Claude Code: Web / App Development (2 days, for developers with a programming background). Beyond Claude, GrowGenius delivers executive briefings, prompt-engineering workshops and role-based training on ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot.
Who should attend each Claude AI course?
Each course targets a different audience. Claude Basic / Co-work is for staff at every level and department who want to work smarter with AI — no IT or programming background is required. Claude Code: Data Analysis is for data, business and financial analysts, operations, supply chain and HR teams, and managers who want faster reports. Claude Code: Web / App Development is for software and full-stack developers, IT/DevOps teams and technical leads, and does require a programming background.
Are GrowGenius courses online or onsite, and what language are they taught in?
Courses run either online or onsite in Bangkok, and are taught in Thai. All three Claude programs are delivered in-house for a single organization rather than as public classes, so the exercises and examples can be built around that team's own work. For the full course outline or to arrange an in-house session, contact [email protected].
How much do GrowGenius services and courses cost?
GrowGenius does not publish fixed prices, because cost depends on scope, project duration, number of participants and delivery mode. To get a quotation, email [email protected] or call +66 2 114 3236 with a short description of what you need.
How does GrowGenius handle AI security, governance and PDPA compliance?
AI security and governance is a dedicated GrowGenius service. It covers responsible-AI policy development, model-risk management, data-privacy controls aligned to Thailand's PDPA, prompt and data guardrails, and audit trails — so that AI systems in production stay secure, traceable and accountable rather than becoming an unmanaged risk.
Which cloud platforms does GrowGenius work with?
GrowGenius works with AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud. Engagements range from lift-and-shift migration to full cloud-native redesign, and include multi-cloud architecture, Kubernetes and container orchestration, Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or CDK, DevSecOps and CI/CD automation, and FinOps cloud-cost governance after go-live.
Which business intelligence tools does GrowGenius use?

For large-scale platforms it designs data lake and lakehouse architectures on Delta Lake and Iceberg, real-time streaming with Kafka and Flink, distributed processing with Spark on Databricks or Snowflake, data-mesh and federated governance, data quality and observability frameworks, and vector databases for AI/ML workloads.
