AI Practice
AI training and enablement for enterprise teams
GrowGenius runs in-house AI training for Thai organizations — delivered online or onsite in Bangkok, taught in Thai, and built around your team's own work rather than generic exercises. The catalogue spans executive briefings, prompt-engineering workshops, role-based programs on Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot, and three structured hands-on Claude AI courses.
Which AI training programs are available?
Three structured Claude AI courses, each aimed at a different audience:
- Claude Basic / Co-work — 1 day, for staff in any department, no IT background required.
- Claude Code: Data Analysis — 1–2 days, for data, business and operations teams.
- Claude Code: Web / App Development — 2 days, for developers.
Alongside these, GrowGenius delivers executive briefings for leadership, prompt-engineering workshops, and role-based sessions on ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot for organizations standardising on those tools.
Why in-house rather than a public course?
Public AI courses have to teach to a generic case. In-house training uses your documents, your reports and your workflows, which is what determines whether people keep using AI the week after the class.
It also means the AI-policy portion of the training can reflect your actual rules rather than a generic template — the point where training and AI governance meet.
Who in the organization should be trained first?
Two groups, in this order: the leadership who will approve AI use, and the teams whose daily work has the clearest AI overlap — usually reporting, document handling and customer correspondence.
Training only developers is the common mistake. It produces capability in one team and no adoption anywhere else.
How does training connect to the rest of the AI practice?
Training is the middle of three services. AI consulting decides what is worth doing, training builds the capability to do it, and AI security and governance sets the boundaries it happens inside. Organizations that buy only the middle one tend to end up with enthusiastic users and no policy.
